Victory Aircraft Ltd- Victory Aircraft Ltd was incorporated under Canada's Department of Munitions and Supply Act of 1940 as a Crown Corporation. Victory Aircraft was based in Malton, Ontario where they built Avro aircraft under licence until November 1945, at which time the Canadian government sold the company to the British Hawker Siddeley Group who merged it with A.V.
